What to expect on your first visit
Hydrate!
Drink plenty of water the day of your massage, as your muscles and tissues will relax more easily if they are well hydrated.
Arrival Time
To provide you with the best possible care, The Wellness Centre asks that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out a brief intake of health history and goals. This will allow us to learn your specific needs and allow you to get the most from your massage.
Cancellation Policy
Because The Wellness Centre seeks to provide you the best possible experience and dedicates time just for you, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid being charged for half of your scheduled session for cancellation and rescheduling.
What to wear
You will be appropriately covered at all times with blankets during your treatments. However, if you feel more comfortable keeping minimal undergarments on, that is perfectly fine. You will be properly draped during the entire session. Bare in mind that The Wellness Centre is a professional establishment working under a prescribed code of conduct.
Cell Phones
Please turn off cell phones before the start of your massage session to ensure a relaxing experience.
Gratuities are discretionary and completely optional.
